A well-established law firm based in Sutton Coldfield, providing high-quality legal services to businesses and individuals, known for its approachable, client-focused service is now seeking a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team on a full-time basis. Flexible working arrangements may be available for the right candidate.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
*Commercial property sales and acquisitions
*Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and licences
*Advising on landlord and tenant matters
*Supporting property development projects
*Acting in transactions involving pension property investments
*Liaising with lenders and financial institutions on funding arrangements
*Managing transactions through to completion, including Land Registry requirements and SDLT considerations
About You
*Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) 3+
*Proven experience in commercial property law
*Strong knowledge of leases, licences and development work
*Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Commercial awareness and attention to detail
