Job Description:
Full job descriptionReed Cheltenham are exclusively partnering with a Tewkesbury-based client to recruit a Graphic Designer to join their warm, friendly and long-established team.
The company supplies high-quality homewares to both retail and trade customers and is experiencing rapid growth in both product range and customer base.
They are seeking an in-house Graphic Designer, someone who is self-motivated, confident managing their own workload, and capable of working on all printed and digital content. This role will play a key part in building, enhancing and showcasing the company’s brand across a wide range of media.
This is a full-time, office-based position, working Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 or 8:30-17:30
Key Responsibilities
*Design brochures — Work on the layout, imagery and overall creative direction of company brochures.
*Produce product literature — Create and update spec sheets, technical documents, installation guides and packaging.
*Develop point-of-sale materials — Design display stands, posters, leaflets, sample folders and showroom graphics.
*Manage digital content — Create and oversee content for websites, email campaigns and social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook.
*Support website updates — Assist with content refreshes and basic visual improvements.
*Contribute to video production — Support the creation of product videos and visual guides.
*Assist with promotional campaigns — Help plan, deliver and monitor marketing campaigns.
*Liaise with external partners — Coordinate with agencies and printers as needed.
Qualifications & Capabilities
*Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design (preferred but not essential).
*Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
*Good written communication skills.
*Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
*Organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
*Confident working in a small team and taking ownership of both creative and administrative tasks.
