Looking for a fresh challenge or interested in learning a skilled trade?
Pro-Found Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Paint Sprayer on behalf of our well-established manufacturing client based in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn a specialist skill within a busy manufacturing environment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this role ideal for candidates looking to develop a long-term career.

*Rate of pay £12.71
*Weekly Pay
*Location: Sheffield, S9
*Shift Day shift - Monday to Friday: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4pm & Friday 7:30am- 1:30pm
*Contract: Temporary Ongoing | Potential Temp to Perm
*Immediate Start Available
*Ongoing training and development
*Opportunity to secure a permanent contract
*Immediate starts available following a successful face-to-face interview
Duties & Responsibilities:
Following training, duties will include:
*Preparing timber products ready for the spraying process
*Sanding, priming, and top coating products to a high standard
*Using water-based paints and stains
*Operating air-assisted spray guns
*Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
*Working efficiently to production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Candidate Criteria:
The ideal candidate will:
*Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn a new skill
*Be reliable, punctual, and able to commit to night shifts
*Have good attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work
*Be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
*Be able to follow instructions and health & safety procedures
*Have previous experience within manufacturing, production, woodworking, spraying, or labouring environments (preferred but not essential)
*Be physically fit due to the nature of the role
