We are now hiring a Professional Services Recruitment Manager (International Market) to join our Scotland team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a global desk, supporting international clients while shaping a specialist market.

What you’ll be doing:
*Leading and developing a team within international professional services recruitment.
*Partnering with clients across global audit, tax, and advisory firms.
*Overseeing delivery of mid to senior-level mandates.
*Driving business development and expanding international relationships.
*Building and strengthening global candidate networks.
*Coaching and mentoring consultants.
*Acting as a trusted advisor on global hiring trends.
What we’re looking for:
*Experience in recruitment with exposure to professional services.
*Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
*Strong interest in international markets.
*Commercial and strategic mindset.
*Excellent communication skills.
