A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright, ambitious and people-focused graduate to join our team here at Angela Mortimer on the first step of our graduate development programme.
Our graduate scheme offers hands-on experience, direct leadership exposure and a clear pathway into business support recruitment.
The scheme will start you off as an Operations Coordinator and from day one, you’ll gain insight into how a high-performing business operates while building the confidence, commercial awareness and leadership skills that will accelerate your career.
After 3-6 months of fully getting to know the business, Operations Coordinator’s will then be in the perfect position to move into a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, working directly under one of our Divisional Leaders.
Soho, London (Office-Based)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Weekly & Monthly office awards
£29,750 Base Salary (first year OTE 50k)

Key Responsibilities
*Acting as the first point of contact for all candidates and clients.
*Managing incoming calls and office coordination.
*Supporting strategic projects through research and analysis.
*Leading productive feedback meetings and driving team outcomes.
*Supporting candidate registration and onboarding documentation.
*Working directly with senior leaders and the CEO.
*Accurate data input.
*CV sourcing.
*Event coordination, including high profile company events.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll quickly become a trusted and valued member of the business.
