We are now hiring a Public Practice Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established desk, supporting clients while building your own specialist practice market.

What you’ll be doing:
*Building and developing your own Public Practice recruitment desk.
*Partnering with accountancy firms across Scotland and the wider UK.
*Managing recruitment across audit, tax, and advisory roles.
*Delivering high-quality shortlists for qualified and senior-level mandates.
*Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
*Building a strong candidate network within Public Practice.
*Acting as a trusted advisor on hiring trends and market conditions.
What we’re looking for:
*Experience in recruitment or accountancy/practice preferred.
*Strong interest in the Public Practice market.
*Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Ambitious, resilient, and motivated.
