We are hiring an Email Production Coordinator to support the delivery of global CRM and email marketing campaigns for a leading brand.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment, ensuring campaigns are built accurately, tested thoroughly and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
*Build and deploy email campaigns using CRM platforms (e.g. Braze)
*Manage QA processes including links, rendering and segmentation
*Populate templates across multiple markets and languages
*Coordinate test sends and stakeholder feedback
*Work with cross-functional teams across marketing, CRM and digital
*Track campaign workflow and ensure timely delivery
Skills & Experience
*Experience in email production or CRM operations
*Strong attention to detail and quality control
*Familiarity with email platforms (Braze preferred)
*Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
*Strong communication and organisational skills
