Reed Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable property management business based in Edinburgh. They are looking to add an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to their close-knit and supportive team.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 160 residential properties, taking ownership of the full property management cycle.
Key responsibilities include:
*Marketing properties and ensuring strong visibility
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Managing a portfolio of circa 160 properties
*Liaising closely with landlords and tenants
*Coordinating and overseeing property repairs and maintenance
*Ensuring compliance and managing property certificates
*Handling tenancy deposits and disputes
*Assisting with rent arrears and rent reviews
*Carrying out check-in inventories and check-outs
*Conducting regular property inspections
About You
*Previous experience in property management is essential
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
*Proactive, personable, and solutions-focused approach
*Drives licence is essential
ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential — support will be provided for those looking to gain it.
