The Role:
Manage the front desk and provide a professional reception service for staff, pupils, parents, and visitors. You will answer calls, deal with enquiries, sign visitors in line with safeguarding procedures, support the school office with admin tasks, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
The Candidate:
You are organised, approachable, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly, present yourself professionally, and are confident handling calls, face-to-face enquiries, and general admin work. This role suits someone who can be the public face of the school while keeping the office running efficiently behind the scenes.
Requirements
*Experience – Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, or a similar front-facing role.
*Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
*Organisation – Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy school office.
*Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
*Professional Commitment – A genuine commitment to presenting the school in a professional, welcoming, and organised way.
