Full job descriptionThe Property Data & Credit Control Assistant role involves managing property data and assisting with credit control processes to ensure efficient financial operations. This temporary position requires strong attention to detail and organisational skills to support the Accounting & Finance department.

*Maintain accurate property data, ensure timely system updates, and uphold policy compliance in all financial activities.
*Support credit control management, including monitoring activities, responding to queries, and assisting with administrative tasks.
*Prepare and reconcile financial reports, resolve discrepancies with internal teams, and contribute to process improvements.
Profile
A successful Property Data & Credit Control Assistant should have:
*Credit control experience in the public sector or a similar environment
*Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or SAP.
*Knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve objectives.
