Description
As the Senior Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for:
*Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
*Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and other statutory requirements.
*Prepare and submit payroll reports, including tax filings and pension contributions.
*Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries.
*Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
*Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile payroll accounts.
*Assist in the implementation of payroll system updates and improvements.
*Provide support during internal and external payroll audits.
