This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accountant to take ownership within a broad and commercially focused role, supporting both day-to-day finance operations and ongoing business improvements.

Responsibilities:
As an Interim Management Accountant, you will...
*Production of monthly management accounts, including stock valuation, COGS analysis, group consolidations, and detailed balance sheet and P&L reviews.
*Managing monthly payroll processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across the business.
*Driving continuous improvement through the implementation of new systems, process enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
*Supporting and mentoring junior finance team members, providing guidance across day-to-day accounting activities and month-end processes.
*Partnering with stakeholders and external auditors to deliver insightful financial analysis and management information to support strategic decision making.
Requirement:
