Job Description:
Full job descriptionKCR Solutions are delighted to be working exclusively to recruit a Part-Time Financial Controller for a growing and dynamic company based in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will be responsible for the company’s financial strategy, planning and operations while providing a comprehensive view of the financial health of the business. Key responsibilities will include:
*Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
*Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive leadership team.
*Drive business performance through financial metrics and key performance indicators.
*Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for both the parent company and overseas subsidiaries.
*Oversee the preparation and management of the company’s financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
*Monitor financial performance across departments and subsidiaries, ensuring financial health and profitability.
*Implement robust financial control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
*Manage working capital, cash flow, and capital expenditures.
*Build and maintain relationships with key international stakeholders, including external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
*Lead the preparation and analysis of regular financial reports for stakeholders, including board members and investors.
*Conduct detailed financial analysis, cost control, and margin optimisation initiatives.
*Recommend actions based on financial data, trends, and market conditions.
