Responsibilities
* Processing incoming royalty income from licensees worldwide
* Setting up and inputting contracts into the royalties system
* Reconciling payments between finance and royalties systems
* Investigating and resolving discrepancies
* Handling queries from authors and rights partners
* Chasing missing royalty statements
* Assisting with audit work at interim and year end
What you will need
Must have:
* Highly numerate and completely comfortable working with figures at volume
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, you spot errors others miss
* A problem solving approach, you investigate anomalies rather than ignore them
* Resilient and comfortable with process driven, repetitive work
Useful but not essential:
* A background in royalties, contracts, finance admin or a similar field
