We are currently supporting a well established college in South Yorkshire who are seeking a Lecturer in Catering & Hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional or chef looking to move into education.

Duties will include:*Delivering practical and theory sessions across Catering & Hospitality
*Supporting learners working towards vocational qualifications
*Contributing to menu planning, costing and operational delivery within the restaurant
*Working with FOH to provide students with a realistic environment
The ideal candidate will have:
*Previous experience working as a Professional Chef within a busy hospitality environment
*Experience delivering training, mentoring or teaching within education or industry
*L3 Hospitality/Catering Qualification
*Knowledge of FE curriculum and assessment
