Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are supporting a busy Dudley primary school with the recruitment of an experienced School Office Assistant. This role is heavily administration-focused and requires someone with excellent attention to detail who can support the wider office team with day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities
Producing letters and school documentation
Managing pupil records and confidential files
Updating attendance information daily
Inputting data onto ARBOR, SIMS, and BROMCOM
Responding to emails and administrative queries
Ordering office supplies and maintaining records
Supporting admissions administration
Assisting senior leaders with admin tasks
Candidate Requirements
Previous school administration experience
Strong data entry and IT skills
Experience using school systems
Ability to prioritise workload
Professional and reliable approach
Strong written communication skills
Additional Information
Schools require experienced candidates only
No training provided
Enhanced DBS essential
