Our client is a market leading manufacturing company. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader.
The Role
*Will be working 3 shifts the salary advertised is for this rotation over time is additional.
*You will lead the warehouse team to deliver an efficient warehouse operation in line with company policy.
*The role requires both strong leadership and a hands-on approach; in addition to supervising the team, you will also work alongside them in day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure performance, productivity and standards are consistently achieved.
*Manage the warehouse space to receive, replenish, pick, and dispatch products in line with the agreed timeframe.
*Manage team of Warehouse Operatives.
The Person
*Must have previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader .
*FLT licence (counterbalance).
*Understanding of warehouse operations including goods in, storage, stock control, picking and dispatch.
*Attention to detail.
*Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
*Problem solving skills.
*Good communication skill.
*Have good interpersonal skills.
