Are you looking for an administrative role within a welcoming, inclusive and values-led organisation? If you enjoy supporting others, have strong attention to detail and are a confident communicator, this could be the role for you.
We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Property Services team. Your work will directly support the operatives and teams who help to ensure our customers receive timely, high-quality repairs and services.
Property Services is responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, servicing and repair of our housing stock. As an integral part of this team, you will provide a reliable and efficient administration service and be ready to get involved in a variety of tasks.
What you’ll be doing
Your responsibilities may include:
*Processing stock requisitions for operatives and liaising with external suppliers
*Handling and recording invoices from various departments
*Managing recharges and processing permission requests
*Updating and maintaining compliance records
*Raising and progressing work tickets
You’ll be part of a busy environment where accuracy, teamwork and good communication make a real difference.
Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who is:
*Confident and approachable, with the ability to build positive working relationships
*Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
*Comfortable managing competing priorities and working to deadlines
*Competent in Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel
You’ll also bring a willingness to learn and a positive approach to supporting colleagues.
Why join us
NCHA is proud to be a values-driven organisation that places people at the heart of everything we do. We strive to create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome and able to be themselves.
We particularly welcome applicants from women, LGBTQ+ communities and ethnic minority communities, as these groups are currently under-represented in our Property Services department.
Interviews will be held in our office in Clifton on 8th June. We may close the vacancy early if we receive sufficient interest.
We have one full time, fixed-term position available to cover maternity leave in the team.
