Full job descriptionJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised and experienced SENA Support Worker Coordinator to provide specialist administrative and coordination support within Children and Family Services. This role is key to ensuring effective case management, accurate data handling, and high-quality communication across internal teams and external partners, supporting positive outcomes for children, young people, and families.
Key Responsibilities*Provide coordinated administrative and business support across Children and Family Services
*Manage inboxes, correspondence, case records, and associated documentation
*Maintain and analyse databases, spreadsheets, and performance information
*Arrange and service meetings, including agendas, minutes, venues, and follow-ups
*Support EHCP processes, reporting, and multi-agency information sharing
*Manage FOIs, complaints, data breaches, and safeguarding-related administration
*Undertake financial administration including BACS payments, imprest, and budget monitoring
*Ensure compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, and data protection requirements
*Supervise and support Business Support staff where required
*Liaise effectively with schools, partner agencies, and members of the public
Candidate Requirements*Previous experience in administrative, financial, or business support roles
*Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and databases
*Experience handling complex information, reports, and minute taking
*Background in public sector or multi-agency environments (desirable)
*Good understanding of confidentiality, GDPR, and safeguarding principles
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
*Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
