What will you do as an Accounts Administrator?
*Purchase ledger tasks, matching invoices to delivery notes, entering on software
*Credit control assistance, calling overdue customers, investigating non-payment issues
*Process new account opening forms
*Liaise with customers, suppliers & other staff members to achieve objectives
*Send out company documents by email-such as statements, direct debit advices, references
*Book-keeping tasks as directed, such as processing income within the retail side of the business
What will you need to be an Accounts Administrator?
*Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week
*Proficient in Excel, Dynamics would be an advantage
*Previous experience in a purchase ledger role
*A Levels for AAT level 2
*Excellent attention to detail
