Salary: £35,000 - £42,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Scotland’s leading RIBA chartered practices who provide multidisciplined services to the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join their growing team in their Glasgow studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
*Manage commercial projects from inception through to completion
*Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and successful project delivery
*Produce construction drawings using Revit
*Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
*Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
*Degree within Architectural Technology
*Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
*Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
*Experience managing projects across a range of sectors
*Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
*Job running experience is desirable
*Strong technical and presentation skills
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
