A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Architect to join its expanding team in Chester. This position would suit an experienced Architect looking to progress their career within a collaborative and design-focused environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering a varied portfolio of projects across sectors including education, commercial, leisure and institutional.

The role:
*Managing and delivering projects across a variety of sectors
*Supporting both the creative and technical stages of project delivery
*Coordinating with clients, consultants and wider design teams
*Producing and reviewing technical information, specifications and drawings
*Presenting design proposals and solutions both internally and externally
*Supporting the continued growth and development of the Chester office
*Ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical and design standard
Requirements for the Senior Architect role:
*Qualified Architect with significant post-Part III experience
*Strong experience across all RIBA stages
*Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
*Strong detailing and technical delivery capabilities
*Proven Revit project experience
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Career-driven and motivated to progress professionally
*Ability to work effectively within a collaborative office environment
