Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are seeking a ManufacturingTechnician II to join a dynamic operations teamresponsible for receiving, packaging, and distributing high-quality productsacross ambient, cold-chain, and frozen environments. This role plays a key part.in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and delivery excellence.
Location: Horsham - Langhurstwood Rd
Shift:Monday toFriday, 14:00 - 22:15
Job Type: Full-time(3-month contract)
Pay Rate:£13.20per hour + 22% shift allowance
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
*Pick and pack customer orders in line with business targets
*Receive and process deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory tracking
*Execute production orders, including equipment setup and clean-down
*Complete GMP documentation accurately and within required timelines.
*Perform inventory checks, cycle counts, and waste disposal activities.
*Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines
*Maintain housekeeping standards and promote a safe working environment
*Adhere to cGMP, quality, and safety regulations (including PPE usage)
*Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles
*Report any health, safety, or quality risks to line management
*Undertake additional duties as required
Required Skills & Experience
*GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
*Basic IT literacy
*Strong attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Good communication and numeracy skills
*Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
*Positive, proactive ("can-do") attitude
