Job Title: Employment Adviser / Recruiter
Location: Centre based
Salary: up to £29,500 (Depending on skills and experience)
Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + Much More!
Type: Full Time, Permanent
An exciting opportunity awaits a motivated and engaging individual who is looking to support the wider community and lower unemployment rates. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, building strong employer relationships, and deliver high-quality employment support services.
The Role:*Engage, motivate and support a caseload of unemployed participants through to gaining sustainable employment.
*Identify and support individuals with any barriers to work.
*Work in partnership with your caseload to complete action plans, and to better understand their skills, aspirations and goals.
*Support participants with employability skills such as CV writing, job search, interview techniques, etc.
*Proactively engage with local employers, to source vacancies, understand their recruitment needs and promote candidates.
*Maintain employer relationships and employer engagement databases.
Criteria:*Experience of working in a target driven environment - business development, sales, recruitment, customer service etc.
*Ideally have experience of working within a similar Employment Advisor/Coach role.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to motivate and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
*Must be able to demonstrate experience of working towards KPIs.
*Must be IT literate.
