Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in geotechnical engineering? An exciting opportunity has become available to join a respected multidisciplinary consultancy working on a wide range of ground investigation, geotechnical, and infrastructure projects across the South East and wider UK.
You will join a supportive and experienced team, gaining valuable hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments while developing strong technical and professional skills within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:*Assisting with geotechnical site investigations and ground assessments
*Supporting intrusive ground investigations and site supervision
*Soil and rock logging, sampling, and groundwater monitoring
*Assisting with foundation assessments and earthworks evaluations
*Coordinating geotechnical laboratory testing
*Interpreting ground investigation data and preparing technical reports
*Supporting slope stability and retaining wall assessments
*Assisting senior engineers with project delivery and design work
*Maintaining health & safety standards during site activities
*Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal project teams
What We’re Looking For:*A degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related subject
*A strong interest in geotechnical engineering and ground investigation
*Understanding of ground investigation techniques and geotechnical principles
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Proactive, organised, and enthusiastic approach to work
*Willingness to travel for site work across the UK
*Full UK driving licence
*Right to work in the UK
