*Coordinate bookings and support service delivery
*Liaise with customers, engineers, and internal teams
*Update systems, track jobs, and ensure SLAs are met
*Maintain accurate records and support reporting
What We’re Looking For
*Admin, coordination, or customer service experience
*Strong organisation and communication skills
*Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
*Good IT skills (Excel, Outlook, systems)
