Full job descriptionBilling Manager
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a large Property Business based in London who are actively seeking a Billing Manager to oversee a team of circa 10+ staff based in the UK.
Duties:
*Manage end to end billing process
*Management and development of a large team of Billing Assistants
*Daily cost analysis
*Identifying and introducing process improvements
*Keep on top of the client accounts, making sure everything is recorded and up to date
*Setting & monitoring KPI’s
*Making sure an issues that arise are dealt with in a timely manner
Requirements:
*Worked for large business with annual turnover exceeding £100M
*Previous experience with energy billing
*Previous experience managing teams of at least 5
Salary + other information:
*£50,000 - £60,000 DOE
*35% discretional bonus
*4 days in the office, 1 day from home
