Additional Work: Saturday 30th May + potential further Saturdays in June Handover: Monday 25th May, 7:30am (onboarding & site briefing)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee works at a Health Centre in Manchester. This role requires a hands-on manager with strong organisational skills and a solid background in strip-out and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
*Ensuring health & safety compliance across site
*Daily and weekly reporting
*Co-ordinating labour, subcontractors, and site activities
*Managing strip-out and fit-out phases to programme
Rate: £250 per day
