Description
*Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
*Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies.
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
*Manage and reconcile balance sheets and profit and loss accounts.
*Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
*Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
*Support process improvements within the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
A successful Qualified Financial Accountant should have:
*Professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
*Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations.
*Proven ability to manage financial processes and reporting cycles.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
