MONDAY – FRIDAY 8AM TILL 4.30PM
We are recruiting for a CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE who has previous experience working within the Transport / Logistics industry.
Our client is a busy logistics company based in Birmingham.
Offering a salary of £30k - £32k depending on experience with progression opportunities available.
The Role:
*Answering incoming calls and enquiries
*Managing key accounts
*Making outbound customer calls where required
*Resolving any discrepancies
*Providing excellent customer service
*Updating customers
*Maintaining and updating record
Requirements:
*Previous experience working within Transport / Logistics
*Customer Service experience
*Excellent customer service and administration skills
*Proactive and desire to progress
