A highly ambitious, private equity backed Accounting firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Audit Partner to join its established and rapidly growing Mid Markets team in London.

The Role

Joining an established leadership team, you will take responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market audit clients while contributing strategically to the wider growth plans of the firm.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Leading and developing a portfolio of mid-market audit clients
*Driving business development activity and identifying growth opportunities
*Building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and introducers
*Leading audit engagements and ensuring exceptional client service delivery
*Supporting and mentoring Directors and senior members of the audit team
*Contributing to strategic planning and operational leadership initiatives
*Playing a visible role in the market and representing the firm externally
About You

This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced audit professional currently operating within a Top 10 firm environment who is seeking a more entrepreneurial platform and genuine influence within a growing business.

You will ideally possess: *RI (Responsible Individual) status
*Significant UK audit experience within a recognised accountancy practice
*Demonstrable success in business development and revenue generation
*Strong mid-market client exposure
*Proven leadership and team management capabilities
*Commercial awareness and a growth-focused mindset
*Excellent relationship management and networking skills
