Key Responsibilities
*Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
*Handling all aspects of sales, purchases and related transactions
*Maintaining high levels of client service and communication
*Working to completion targets and service standards
*Collaborating with colleagues and support teams to progress matters efficiently
Your Requirements
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing residential conveyancing caseloads
*Experience handling high-volume caseloads
*Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
