This role is ideal for someone with a strong quantitative or mixed-methods research foundation who is ready to take full ownership of projects end to end. You will operate in a highly client-facing environment, leading the full research lifecycle from design through to insight delivery, while developing your consulting and stakeholder management skills.The Company

The Role*Lead end-to-end research projects, from scoping and design through to delivery and presentation
*Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring a high-quality experience
*Design and deliver quantitative and mixed-methods research, including surveys and innovative approaches
*Analyse data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
*Present results to stakeholders in a compelling and accessible way
*Contribute to proposal writing and support business development activities
*Support junior team members and help improve research processes and outputs
Your Skills and Experience*Strong commercial experience in quantitative or mixed-methods research
*Having worked in Social or Politcal research projects
*Proven ability to manage projects across the full research lifecycle
*Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment
*Confident in data analysis, interpretation, and storytelling
*Ability to design research frameworks and deliver high-quality outputs
*Familiarity with tools such as R or Python is advantageous
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
