A rare and genuinely compelling opportunity has arisen with one of the most well-regarded independent wealth management firms in the Home Counties.
Due to a planned retirement, my client is looking to appoint an experienced IFA to inherit a substantial, loyal client portfolio with an AUM of approximately £30 million. This is not a cold start — you will step into a well-established book with strong ongoing advice fee income, quality clients, and full continuity of relationship.

The Role
*Take ownership of an inherited portfolio of approximately £30m AUM
*Deliver holistic, independent financial planning advice across a high-quality client base
*Build lasting client relationships and identify opportunities for further growth
*Work collaboratively with internal support teams to ensure a seamless client experience
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements, market developments and product landscape
About You
*3 to 5 years’ experience delivering regulated financial advice
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning as a minimum
*Strong client relationship skills with a genuinely client-centric approach
*Commercially minded, proactive and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality advice
*Looking for long-term stability and progression within a well-respected firm
