Teaching Personnel are looking for Supply Teachers to work across welcoming and supportive primary schools in Axminster.
This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers seeking flexible work while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom. Role OverviewPosition: Supply Teacher
Location: Axminster
Salary: £120 - £160 per day
Start Date: Immediate start available
Contract: Flexible Supply, Full-Time or Part-Time, Term Time Only
About the RoleAs a Supply Teacher, you will work across a range of primary settings, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils in maintaining positive learning experiences.
Responsibilities include:*Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 classes
*Maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment
*Adapting teaching approaches to suit pupils’ individual learning needs
*Managing classroom behaviour effectively and confidently
*Supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing throughout the school day
*Encouraging participation, confidence, and inclusion in all activities
*Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff to ensure continuity of learning

The ideal candidate will:
*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
*Have experience or confidence teaching within primary education
*Be adaptable, flexible, and reliable
*Demonstrate strong communication and classroom management skills
*Be committed to supporting pupils’ progress and wellbeing
