Days and Hours : Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 17:30
Weekly : 42.5 hours per week
Includes 2 x 15-minute breaks

Looking for a steady, straightforward warehouse role with great hours and no weekend work? We’re recruiting Co-Pack Operatives to join a friendly and busy team in Wellingborough.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same — ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team.

What You’ll Be Doing*Labelling products accurately
*Packing and repacking items
*Wrapping pallets and preparing goods for dispatch
*General warehouse duties
*Keeping work areas clean and organised
*Working on your feet throughout the shift

*Good attention to detail
*Comfortable being on foot all day
*Positive attitude and team-player mindset
*Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
