A well-established professional services firm in Ferndown is seeking an experienced Legal Office Manager & PA to join their team. This is a key, hands-on role at the centre of the business, supporting the Director and wider team while ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being the "go-to" person in a busy, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, suppliers, and facilities
* Provide PA support including diary management, inbox handling, and correspondence
* Prepare, format, and proofread legal and corporate documentation
* Audio typing and document production
* Manage file organisation, bundles, and billing administration
* Act as first point of contact for basic IT queries and coordination
* Support HR processes including recruitment and onboarding
* Maintain compliance, records, and office procedures
* Ensure efficient and well-organised office operations
About You
* Proven experience as a Legal Office Manager & PA, Office Manager, Practice Manager or Senior PA
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT and case management systems.
* Experience within legal or professional services is highly desirable
* Proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing a varied workload
