Certain Advantage are hiring for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Edinburgh on a permanent basis.

MEP experience within data centre projects is strongly preferred.

Your responsibilities:
*Take ownership of pre- and post-contract services across multiple projects
*Provide expert commercial and financial guidance to clients
*Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tender documentation, and feasibility studies
*Oversee procurement, contract administration, valuations, and payments
*Maximise cost efficiency and project profitability
*Manage claims, resolve disputes, and support successful outcomes
*Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence and grow the business
