Salary: £26,500
We are currently looking for an Assembler to join a well-established technology company based in Oxford. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work within a clean and supportive environment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
The Role:*Assembly work using small parts and components
*Bench-based and repetitive work while seated at a workstation
*Following assembly drawings, work instructions, and documentation
*Diagnosing and repairing faulty components where required
*Assisting with packing, dispatch, goods in, stock checks, and testing duties
*Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
*Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
*Supporting continuous improvement and providing feedback during builds
*Working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
Skills & Experience:
*Assembly experience would be beneficial but is not essential as training is provided
*Good attention to detail and ability to work with small components
*Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
*Good communication skills
*Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
