People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Waste Operative to join our well-established client based in Worcester within a specialist clinical waste operation.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, excellent rates of pay, and long-term opportunities within a growing waste management environment.
This role would suit candidates with experience as a Waste Operative, Recycling Operative, General Operative, Industrial Cleaner, Warehouse Operative or Production Operative.
Shifts
• 4 on 4 off rotating
• 06:00 – 18:30
• 18:00 – 06:30
Rates of Pay
• £13.50 – £14.85 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Waste Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Sorting medical, clinical, and pharmaceutical waste for processing
• Loading and moving recycling bins safely around site
• Processing different waste types in line with company procedures
• Organising waste areas and ensuring bins are placed correctly
• Manual sorting and handling of waste materials
• Using PPE provided onsite correctly at all times
• Completing any additional operational duties where required

• Full UK Driving Licence and own transport due to site location
Training Provided
• Full training on company policies and procedures
• Ongoing support throughout your assignment
