Full-Time | 5 Days Per Week | £95 - £115 per day
Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming Nursery School in St Albans who are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
This rewarding role involves providing 1:1 support for a child with physical disabilities and learning impairments, helping them to access learning, develop communication skills, and feel fully supported within the nursery environment.
The Role:
*Full-time position - Monday to Friday
*Supporting a nursery-aged child on a 1:1 basis
*Assisting with mobility and personal care where required
*Supporting learning, engagement, and social development
*Working closely with nursery staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
*Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Previous experience supporting children with SEN
*A caring, patient, and proactive approach
*Experience working with physical disabilities and learning impairments (desirable)
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A passion for supporting early years education
