Heap & Co are currently recruiting for a Temporary Accounts Assistant to join a friendly and supportive business in Cambridge. This is a great opportunity for someone with transactional finance experience who can hit the ground running.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in supporting the finance team with day-to-day operations, helping to keep processes accurate and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
*Purchase ledger
*Sales ledger
*Bank reconciliations
*Payments
*Support credit control.
*Adhoc finance support.
About You
*Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant role
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Comfortable working with finance systems such as Quickbooks, and Excel
*Able to start at short notice or immediately
*Reliable, organised, and a team player

*Location: Cambridge (hybrid working available)
*Rate: £14 – £16 per hour
*Contract: Temporary assignment
*Hours: Full-time
*Working pattern: Hybrid
