SANZA Teaching Agency | Part of Tradewind Recruitment
SANZA Teaching Agency, part of Tradewind Recruitment, is currently recruiting experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) for full-time positions in Hackney primary schools starting this September.
We are partnering with a range of supportive and forward-thinking schools across Inner London who are looking for confident HLTAs to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school.
The Role:
As a HLTA, you will:
*Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
*Lead small group interventions and targeted support sessions
*Cover whole classes when required (planned teacher absence/PPA cover)
*Assist in planning, preparing, and adapting learning materials
*Monitor and assess pupil progress
*Promote positive behaviour and a safe learning environment
*Work closely with teachers and senior leadership teams
What We’re Looking For:
*HLTA qualification or equivalent experience (essential)
*Experience working in a primary school setting
*Confidence in leading whole-class learning when required
*Strong communication and behaviour management skills
*A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
