SANZA Teaching Agency | Part of Tradewind Recruitment
SANZA Teaching Agency, part of Tradewind Recruitment, is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educators for full-time opportunities in Hackney primary and nursery settings starting this September.
We are working with a range of welcoming and well-resourced early years provisions across Inner London who are seeking passionate practitioners to support children in their first stages of learning and development.
The Role:
As an Early Years Educator, you will:
*Support the delivery of high-quality Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) learning
*Plan and engage children in play-based, developmentally appropriate activities
*Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with EYFS framework
*Promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
*Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
*Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents/carers
Requirements:
*CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
*Experience working within Early Years settings (nursery or school-based)
*Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
*A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
*Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
