*Has strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and knows how to make it engaging
*Scaffold learning for support while also stretching and challenging pupils
*Love fostering a culture of reading for pleasure (a real school priority!)
*Have experience with White Rose Maths and understand he NCETM mastery approach
*Bring energy, creativity, and high expectations into the classroom
