Description
*Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.
*Lead social media (paid and organic) campaigns across key platforms.
*Oversee PPC campaigns, including budgeting, optimisation, and testing.
*Drive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and visibility.
*Manage email marketing and CRM to improve retention and customer value.
*Guide content strategy and ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
*Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns using data insights.
*Manage digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
*Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team.
*Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
*Identify and adopt new digital trends, tools, and innovations.
*Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and brand guidelines
Profile
About You:
*Currently working in Consumer Healthcare, B2C Pharma or FMCG (MANDATORY).
*Proven experience leading multichannel digital marketing strategies (MANDATORY).
*Strong track record of delivering growth, ROI, and performance targets.
*Hands-on expertise across SEO, PPC, paid social, and CRM.
*Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimisation skills.
*Confident team leader with excellent communication skills.
*Proactive, innovative, and commercially focused approach.
Job Offer
*Competitive base salary of £70,000-£85,000 (DOE)
