SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary School | Redbridge | September StartLocation: Redbridge, East London

Key ResponsibilitiesAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support students with SEN needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech & language needs, and moderate learning difficulties
*Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to support academic progress and emotional wellbeing
*Work closely with class teachers, SENCo, and pastoral staff
*Help students remain engaged, focused, and confident in lessons
*Adapt support strategies to meet individual learning needs and EHCP targets
*Contribute to a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
About YouWe are looking for candidates who:
*Have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant OR supporting young people with SEND
*Have worked in a secondary school or similar setting (highly desirable)
*Are confident supporting ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs
*Are patient, resilient, and adaptable
*Build strong, professional relationships with students and staff
*Are committed to making a long-term difference in education
