We’re looking for an Operations Team Leader to manage and develop a team. If you understand the pace and pressure of a skilled trades environment, this is your chance to step up.
What you’ll be doing
*Leading and coaching a team to deliver efficient job scheduling and service delivery
*Managing workloads, priorities, and escalations
*Supporting engineers and operational teams to hit targets and SLAs
*Using data and systems to track performance and improve delivery
*Driving a strong, customer-focused team culture
What we’re looking for
*Experience in a trades environment (Gas desirable)
*Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
*Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills
*Confident communicator used to working in fast-paced operations
*Good understanding of service delivery, compliance, and H&S
