Up to £45k + Bonus + Benefits (Dependent on experience)
Are you a specialist finance professional with strong lender or broker relationships and a passion for property finance?
We’re looking for someone who knows the specialist lending space - bridging, development finance, commercial - that can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
*Own relationships with our panel of specialist lenders
*Drive deal flow through the platform
*Ensure deals progress smoothly from enquiry to completion.
*You’ll be the go-to person for lenders and brokers alike.
Experience required:
*Experience in specialist or property finance
*Understanding of bridging, development or commercial lending
*Confidence managing lender or broker relationships
*A proactive, commercially minded approach
***Experience in lender partnerships, an internal BDM role or a fintech/platform environment is a big plus.***
