We are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in the heart of Leyburn.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys working closely with clients on a broad range of privately funded family matters, and is looking to take the next step in their career with genuine progression and leadership potential.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of exclusively private family work, including:
*Divorce and financial remedy matters
*Children arrangements and disputes
*Cohabitation and separation agreements
*Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
You will also play an active role in client relationship management and business development, helping to strengthen and grow the firm’s private family offering.
About You
We are keen to hear from candidates who:
*Are a qualified solicitor with solid experience in private family law
*Demonstrate strong client care skills and a compassionate approach
*Are confident managing their own caseload independently
*Have a commercial mindset and an interest in contributing to the growth of the department
*Are ambitious and interested in developing into a leadership or senior role over time
